1) It is essential that all instructions provided with the ladders are read and followed. Otherwise, our warranty and liability for the product become invalid
2) After receiving a Saf-escape ladder, it is essential to test the ladder to ensure correct fit and function and to fit the spacers on the rungs. Please follow the instructions provided with the ladder
3) After testing the fire escape ladder, the purchaser has to carefully re-pack the ladder following the instructions provided with the product.
4) Particular care must be taken, that children do not access the fire escape ladder unsupervised.
5) The ladders are not suitable for any other purpose than to offer an emergency escape route in the case of a fire. Please follow the instructions provided with the product.

Making A Purchase
Please note, that we are only shipping to Mainland USA (Alaska not included). If you wish to purchase from any other location, please contact us for a quotation
If you are shopping from the UK or Germany, please place your order on the relevant sites (www.safelincs.co.uk or www.safelincs.de). Please note that we might have to charge a small fee if we have to refund amounts paid to us over the wrong website, eg. if you place a USA order on our UK site for products not available in the USA.
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our web sites, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. A confirmation will be required for each selection. After you have finished your selections, please press 'check out' button to proceed to the payment pages, where you can pay online with credit card. Alternatively you can send us a written order together with a cheque. If you pay with credit card, we will ask you for the credit card holder's address and you will be given the opportunity to state your delivery address if it is different to the card holder's address. You then continue to a secure page, where we will ask you for your credit card details. These details will only be known to the merchant bank handling the payment. After completing this section, you will be sent a confirmation of your order.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, JCB, AMEX and Diners). You may send your credit card information also via phone or fax.
Post and Packaging
We are charging a flat post and packaging rate of $9.99 per order. This means that independent of the number of items ordered the charge for the shipment remains the same. We usually ship the first working day following the delivery. The shipments take 3-10 working days depending from the customer's location. Should we be out of stock you will be informed instantly.
Guarantee and Warranty
We guarantee your satisfaction. Our fire escape ladders come with a limited lifetime guarantee.
Cancellation of order
You can return the goods within two weeks after the receipt of the goods if you should not be entirely satisfied. You will, however, have to pay for the return of the goods to us.
Returns in the USA must be send to the address stated on the delivery note.
